The merchandise arrived in perfect condition and is an absolutely gorgeous piece. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The customer service department should be commended for an outstanding job of tracking our product when we had, inadvertently, given the wrong phone number to be contacted at( I teach CRM and will use this as a positive example). We will not hesitate to purchase through this company again and have told many, many people about it.
